Compatibility: heaters with Camper Jarvis
This page shows at a glance which heaters you can control with Camper Jarvis. Whether it is a diesel heater, a hydronic system or a boiler with a heating element: the list shows what already works today and what we are working on right now. It keeps growing, because we are constantly adding new devices.
As of October 2026
How to read the list
- Supported: works today, you can use it straight away.
- Beta: already works, but we are still testing and extending it.
- In progress: the integration is being developed and cannot be used yet.
Most heaters are controlled by Heaty. Heaty talks to your heater directly through its data interface, just like the original control panel otherwise does. The matching wiring harness is always included. You need one Heaty per heater. What this looks like in everyday use is explained in Smart control for the diesel heater in your camper.
Air heaters and diesel heaters
| Manufacturer | Model/series | Status | Via | What works |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Autoterm | 2D and 4D (also the identical Planar 2D) | Supported | Heaty | Target temperature, operating mode, timer, night mode, control via a temperature sensor of your choice |
| Eberspächer | Airtronic S2 and S3 | Supported | Heaty | Target temperature, control via the sensor in the SmartKnob or the heater's own sensor, read and clear the fault memory |
| Eberspächer | other Airtronic and Hydronic heaters | In progress | Heaty | The integration of the remaining models is under way. |
| Webasto | Air Top Evo 40 | Supported | Heaty | Target temperature, run time via timer, boost, control via the sensor in the SmartKnob, an external sensor or in power mode |
| Webasto | other Air Top models, Thermo Pro 90 | In progress | Heaty | We are in contact with Webasto about this. |
| Wallas | Spartan, Viking | In progress | Heaty | Integration via CAN |
| Scheer | Heaters | In progress | Heaty | We are in contact with the manufacturer. |
Hydronic and combination heaters
| Manufacturer | Model/series | Status | Via | What works |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Timberline | 1.0 and 2.0 | Supported | Heaty | Heater and heating zones are detected automatically. Target temperature and operating mode per zone, fan, heat source diesel, electric or both, frost protection mode, floor heating loop (2.0), clear faults |
| Truma | Combi 4 and 6, Combi D 6 E, VarioHeat (with CP plus control panel) | In progress | Heaty | Here the CP plus is the interface and stays installed. |
| Truma | CombiNeo (with iNet X Interface) | In progress | Heaty | The interface is the iNet X Interface. The Truma control panel stays installed. |
| Alde | Hydronic heaters | In progress | Heaty | Integration planned |
With Truma, the device generation decides how it is connected. So always tell us the exact model and which control panel is installed, CP plus or iNet X.
Boilers, heating elements and air diverters
| Manufacturer | Model/series | Status | Via | What works |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| All manufacturers | Boilers with a 230V heating element or a 12V/24V heating element and no data interface of their own, for example Pundmann Air Therm Boil | Supported | Switchy or Ampy, plus Fluidy with a temperature sensor on the boiler | Camper Jarvis controls the water temperature itself: hot water at the time you want, frost protection, dry-run protection and overtemperature cut-off |
| Webasto | Whale boiler | In progress | Heaty | We are in contact with Webasto about this. |
| AirPathSolutions | AirPathSwitch air diverter | Supported | Switchy or Ampy | Send warm air to outlet A or B with one tap |
| AirPathSolutions | Flex air diverter | In progress | to be confirmed | The integration is being developed |
How boiler control works in detail is explained in Smart boiler control: the boiler widget.
Important: never switch a diesel heater on and off through its power supply. After switching off, it needs an afterrun so the burner can cool down. That afterrun is missing if the power is simply cut. This is why a heater in Camper Jarvis always runs through Heaty.
No guarantee is given for this information. The range of functions may differ depending on device generation, year of manufacture and control panel.
Your device is missing?
Then write to us using the contact form. Tell us the manufacturer, the exact model name from the rating plate and which control panel is installed. We will check whether and how your heater can be integrated. Many of the integrations on this list came about in exactly this way, through requests from the community.
