Smart & wireless control systems for camper vans

Wireless, brand‑agnostic camper‑van control system that replaces dashboards, apps, and tangled wiring with one intuitive dial

View Modules

No more five control panels on the wall

Battery, heater, air conditioning, water and lights usually each bring their own display, app or switches. Camper Jarvis brings it all together, whatever the brand.

In most campers today

  • A separate panel for every device
  • Apps that don’t talk to each other
  • Data cables running across the vehicle
  • Only one person knows how it all works

With Camper Jarvis

  • One dial for everything you need day to day
  • Every brand in one interface
  • Modules talk wirelessly instead of cables
  • So simple that partners, kids and renters get it right away

How Camper Jarvis works →

Control everything. With one turn.

Lights, water, heating, air conditioning and energy are just one turn away in the SmartKnob main menu. A small motor creates every detent, so each step feels like a high-quality mechanical switch. Try it right here.

Four gestures, nothing else
Turn to select, press to confirm, double-click to go back. Long-press opens your scenes and, inside submenus, takes you straight to dimming or colour selection.
Usable without looking
Voice output announces menus and values. At night in a dark van as well as with your hands full in the kitchen.
Only the essentials
Lights, heating, water and battery are one turn away. Setup and details live in the dashboard.
States at a glance
66 LEDs in the ring show status and warnings, the AMOLED display stays clear and calm.

This is the real main menu. Try it: turn the dial with your mouse, finger or arrow keys. On many Android phones you even feel each detent as a short vibration. On the real SmartKnob it is far more refined.

See how we do it

Ready in four steps

  1. SmartKnob first

Fit it to the wall and connect it to the house battery via the inline fuse, 12V or 24V.

  2. Set up

Choose your language, scan the QR code and the dashboard opens on your phone. No app, no account, no internet.

  3. Pair the modules

Start pairing mode, then power the module. It is connected after 10 to 20 seconds.

  4. Add widgets

In the dashboard choose function, module and port, then name it. The widget appears on the SmartKnob right away.

Built for Life on the Road

Saves your battery: The SmartKnob uses extremely little power, so you stay off-grid for longer.

Reliable and intuitive: The SmartKnob can always be operated precisely by turning and pressing. Whether it is cold, wet or dusty outside, you stay in full control at all times, without the frustration of unresponsive touch displays.

Online or offline, your choice: All functions also run without cloud and without mobile network, ideal for remote spots. If you have Wi-Fi on board, simply connect the SmartKnob to it.

Rental-ready: A single rotary knob replaces pages of handover instructions that nobody wants to read and that are rarely up to date. More for rental companies

FAQs

Will it work with the devices I already have?

Very likely. We connect batteries, charging equipment, heaters, air conditioners and fridges from many brands, for example Victron, Votronic, Webasto, Eberspächer, Autoterm, Timberline and Dometic. For Victron alone that is more than 560 components, and batteries from many manufacturers connect via CAN. See which module connects to which device. If your device is not listed, just ask us.

Do I need internet or an app?

You never need an app, and internet is your choice. The SmartKnob either creates its own Wi-Fi or joins the Wi-Fi you already have on board, for example your camper router. You simply open the dashboard in your browser. With internet the SmartKnob checks for updates automatically if you like. Without internet everything still works locally in the vehicle, without cloud or account, ideal for remote spots.

Can I install it myself?

Yes. Each module sits right next to the device it controls and talks to the SmartKnob by radio, so there are no long data cables through the van. Everything runs on 12V and 24V, pairing a module takes 10 to 20 seconds, and our guides take you through every step.

What happens if the SmartKnob fails?

Lights and loads stay usable. Lighty and Ampy store all settings themselves and your wall switches connect directly to the module. If the SmartKnob is gone, you keep switching and dimming at the switch and the protection functions stay active. Only display, dashboard and automations pause until the SmartKnob is back.

Can I start small and expand later?

Yes. Start with the SmartKnob and one module, for example Volty for your battery, and add more whenever you like. New modules pair in seconds, no rewiring needed.

How much power does it use?

Very little. In everyday use the system needs less than 3W, while a classic touch display often needs up to 20W. Smart automations save even more, for example by switching off loads you do not need or by putting solar surplus to use.

For upfitters & distributors (B2B)

Standardize your builds. Cut install time.

Our modules allow you to standardize all control systems in your vehicles. This reduces training and sources of error and cuts installation time to a minimum. It saves resources, lowers training costs and makes your fleet consistently easy to use, whether for end customers, rental or service.
