FAQs

Will it talk to my Victron gear?

Yes, Volty communicates with almost all common Victron components such as SmartSolar, SmartShunt, MultiPlus, EasySolar, and many more. The integration is fully automatic.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. All automations and the entire dashboard run completely offline in the camper.

Even without internet, everything always works – updates are simply saved and executed as soon as a Wi-Fi connection is established.

What about safety?

Our modules automatically protect your battery and all electrical systems – with intelligent load shedding, motor protection (e.g., against incorrect operation of the fold-down bed or air conditioning system), and warnings in the event of frost risk or errors directly on the display.

All devices are tested and externally tested according to current EU safety and EMC guidelines – for maximum protection and worry-free everyday camping.

Can I save energy with Camper Jarvis?

The Camper Jarvis modules themselves are ultra-efficient and consume only a fraction of the power of a traditional touchscreen: less than 3W in everyday use instead of up to 20W. This means your battery lasts longer!

In addition, smart automations help save valuable energy while on the go, such as selectively turning off appliances, intelligent charging control, or nighttime cooling of the refrigerator.
